I ordered a product how long will it take to ship?

When ordering Items please be aware of the release dates on the product page for pre-order items as any orders mix of pre-order items, and items ready to ship will not ship until all pre-order items are available, once all items are in our hands your order will take between 1-2 weeks to start shipping or more depending on how many products we are shipping in a given period.

Be aware that delays may happen during production, any delays that occur, and general updates on order processing speed will be communicated on our social media pages.


The products I ordered have been damaged in shipping can I get a replacement?

Please contact us within 2 weeks of your order arriving with evidence of damage and we may send you replacements


Is there any difference between black and colored vinyl?

Aside from visual appearance, there is a slight difference in sound quality between the two. Due to the process behind creating it, color vinyl tends to have worse sound qualities in comparison to black vinyl, but not by a large margin which might not even be noticeable in some cases. If you are seeking the highest sound quality we recommend you only purchase black-colored copies.


How many copies of an album can I order?

Shipping limitations aside, You are allowed to purchase two of every variant of an album on vinyl or as many as you may want for products being offered as open pre-order.


How are your records packed?

Our records are packed from the factory and shipped to you with the shrink-wrap intact or on occasion in outer record sleeves.


I’m trying to place an order but it says there are no shipping options for my destination.

This usually happens when you try to place a very large order please email us at support@streamingarrowrecords.com and tell us your order and we will work with you to make it happen.


How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Once shipped products can take anywhere from a few days to a month to reach depending on where you live or the postal system speed. 


I need to cancel an order, can this be done?

Absolutely, we'll accept refund requests up until your order has shipped.


I moved recently, after I placed an order can I change the delivery address?

Of course, please email us at support@streamingarrowrecords with your order number and the new delivery address.
